How does this work?

It's simple.

We follow a 5-step process:

Step One: We send you a written offer (you probably got a letter from us in the mail already).

Step Two: You sign the offer and return it to us.

Step Three: A notary brings the deed for you to sign at a time and place that’s convenient for you! This could be your home, office, or another convenient location.

Step Four: The notary hands you a cashier’s check for the agreed amount.

Step Five: You cash the check.

That’s it!

Do you use a title company?

Sometimes.

In some cases, we may use a title company to close the transaction and provide title insurance.

We pay all the closing costs, so this expense will be paid for by us.

What closing costs should I expect to pay?

None. We pay title and escrow costs. We do not charge you any commissions or brokerage fees. The offer to you is the full amount you walk away with. No catches.
